CLASS-A INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS PARK

Jackson Cross Partners is pleased to present the Pennridge Airport Business Park. This master planned business park is one of the only Class-A speculative industrial developments under construction in suburban Philadelphia. Beginning with Phase I, located within the business friendly borough of Perkasie, this park will offer multiple industrial buildings ranging in size from 101,920 +/- SF to 150,000 +/- SF (divisible to 30,000 SF).

 

Phase I of this project delivered two (2) buildings – Building 1 of 101,920 +/- SF and Building 2 of 105,840 +/- SF. Building 1 delivered in fall of 2019 and is now leased. Adjacent to Building 1 is Building 2.  Building 2 is split roughly in half with two sections consisting of 58,800 sq. ft. and 47,040 sq. ft.  Both sides are fully leased.  Building 3 which will be approximately 135k sq. ft. is currently in planning.

 

Pennridge Airport Business Park is an ideal corporate headquarters location for production, pharmaceutical, warehousing, and other integrated businesses. There is considerable flexibility of design and ownership is well capitalized and willing to make tenant specific improvements.

Situated on the grounds of the Pennridge Corporate Airport (KCKZ), Pennridge Airport Business Park provides immediate access to the one of the region’s largest corporate airports and a 4,215’ long by 100' wide paved runway. The site is located less than three miles from Route 309, which provides access to I-476 via both the Lansdale Interchange and the Quakertown Interchange. Route 309 also provides access to the Lehigh Valley and both I-78 and I-276.
